Tuna salad recipe
No matter how you make it, tuna salad is definitely one of the easiest, cheapest, and most satisfying meals you can whip up from pantry ingredients.

Due to its low level of fat, tuna might not be the most popular choice of fish if you follow the keto diet.
But if we combine it with mayonnaise it's definitely keto-approved — especially if you make your own mayo!
For this recipe though, I simply used Hellman's. Sometimes there's just not time enough to make everything from the ground up. Which is the beauty of this recipe: it's super fast to make.
And it tastes great! Put it on your favorite keto bread, like oopsies or a seed crispbread, or enjoy it with a boiled egg and a green salad.
Another benefit is that it is perfect for the lunch box. 😀
